I♥ Dartmouth (The Big Green Love Page)

A Movie

5.30pm Wednesday August 26, 2009.  Haldeman 041 . Reception to follow in the Russo Gallery.  Free and open to all

Through the medium of film, we aim to create a work that represents the mentality of Dartmouth through the stories we portray. Just as multiple directors give tribute to the cities of Paris, New York City, and Tokyo through shorts in New York Stories (1989), Paris, je t'aime (2006), and Tokyo! (2008), we will give tribute to Dartmouth through our own original shorts in Big Green Love. Although our different shorts will range in plot, actors, style, and
genre, all of our shorts will take place (and be shot) on Dartmouth's campus.

Alex Black Alex Black ’11 is from New York City where he attended Trinity School for 13 glorious years. He has read J.R.R. Tolkien's The Silmarillion twice.

David Kinney David Kinney ’11 is a reverse hemophiliac. He bleeds, you die.

David Watson David Watson ’11 is as comely as he is cumbersome, as dashing as he is devious, and also likes mashed potatoes. His first word, by the way, was "batman."

Dyan LeavittDylan Leavitt '11 when not in the film editing studio, often frolics in the wild, splitting her time between the woods of New Hampshire and Newbury Street of Boston.

Genevieve Adams Genevieve Adams ’11 likes yoga and French people, but neither like her.

Grey CusackGrey Cusack ’11 recently decided that ghosts DO exist and has a hard time leaving the kitchen.

Kathryn ArffaKathryn Arffa ‘11 loves therefore she is. Psych.

Kobi TireyKobi Tirey ’11 is a dual German American citizen who talks about the German part way too much. In his spare time he enjoys having people listen to him talk about how much he listens to NPR. He has no favorite color.

Kyle NicholasKyle Nicholas ’11 has a heart that is an open book and likes to dance it all out.

Marguerite ImbertMarguerite Imbert '11 is an aspiring mixed-media journalist from New York who likes to play Boggle and Ping Pong, exclusively. She is working on a collection of bomber jackets made from avocado skins this summer, and hopes to be wearing one by the fall.
