The College has made some critical decisions related to hiring in response to the current external financial situation which has created internal budgetary concerns. We hope to reduce expenses through attrition. Therefore, we have decided to give priority to current employees who wish to transfer to open positions. As you review posted positions, please note whether only internal candidates are being considered or if the position is open to both internal and external candidates. Please do not apply for positions that are only open to 'internal candidates.' Your application will not be considered.

DORR training has been conducted across campus for individuals from each division.
