Year End PTO
For purposes of paid time off (PTO), including personal time and vacation time for hourly paid employees, the PTO year ends on Saturday, June 29, 2013. Click here for more information.

Summer Hours
During eleven (11) summer weeks, some administrative offices close a half hour earlier than at other times of the year. For those observing Summer Hours this year, the dates are Sunday, June 23, 2013, through Saturday, September 7, 2013. The decision to schedule summer hours rests with the department head. If you have questions about whether your department observes Summer Hours, please check with your supervisor or department head.
