Occupational physicals, including exam and testing, are scheduled at the
Health on referral by the Office of Environment Health and Safety. The expense
of the occupational physical is funded by the individual's home department.
Examples include exams for respiratory equipment, DOT drivers, and child-care
personnel.
To obtain a referral, call the Office of Environment Health and Safety at
646-1762. After obtaining the referral, call 646-9401 to make an appointment.
You will need a department account for the cost of the exam and lab tests, as
needed.
