All entering Dartmouth students have pre-matriculation health requirements that must be completed prior to your first term at Dartmouth. The individual class links below will provide you with specific instructions for your class requirements.

Also included below is a link to Dartmouth's Health Insurance requirements. These requirements are separate from the health/immunization requirements indicated in the individual class links and should be treated accordingly.

IMPORTANT! Failure to complete the required health requirements will result in a check-in hold on your Banner account. This means you may not be able to check-in for classes for Fall term!
