All entering Dartmouth College students have pre-matriculation health and immunization requirements that must be completed prior to the start of your first term at Dartmouth. The individual class links below will provide you with specific instructions for your class requirements.

Also, included below is a link to Dartmouth's health insurance requirements. These requirements are separate from the health and immunization requirements indicated in the individual class links and should be treated accordingly.

IMPORTANT! Failure to complete the required health and immunization requirements may result in a check-in hold on your student Banner account. This means you may not be able to electronically check-in for classes!
