Earth, Sea, Air, and Beyond:
My research has meandered from seismology to upper atmospheric tides, pausing to apply the tools of field instrumentation, statistics, nonlinear dynamics, and numerical modeling to investigations including atmospheric infrasound, ocean waves, seismic wave propagation and detection, marine weather, shelf circulation, ocean diffusion, natural and anthropogenic climate change, fundamental interpretations of quantum mechanics, determinism, and free will.
