Room Request Form for Non-Dartmouth Sponsored Events

Please fill out the form below completely. Missing information will cause a delay in processing your request. Your form will be processed as quickly as possible. All requests should be submitted as least one week (preferably more) in advance of the event. Any request submitted less than two days in advance requiring set-up needs and/or staffing cannot be accommodated.

  • Catering
    Catering restrictions apply on campus. Your purveyor must be on our Approved Catering List posted on bulletins, Conferences & Special Events. The caterer or sponsoring department is responsible for covering food service tables. Meal functions are not allowed in classrooms and auditoriums. Please contact our office to coordinate functions where food is involved.
  • Audio & Visual Equipment
    Technical requests for audio/visual equipment need to be directed to Conferences and Special Events at 603-646-1565.
