Names on Transcripts – Enrolled students may elect a Chosen Name in DartHub. Either Chosen Name or Legal Name may appear on the Dartmouth transcript. The transcript request pages have a name selector so that students may choose which name they wish to appear on their transcript when they place the order. After graduation, withdrawal, or separation, whichever name the student elected as a Chosen Name remains permanently as an option for the transcript, with certain exceptions. Review the Chosen Name and Identity website for more information on the use of Chosen Name.
