2024 Summer Term

• Final examination period ends   Tuesday, August 27, 2024

• Final date all grades are due*   Noon on Tuesday, September 3, 2024

• Summer term and median grades on transcripts   Friday, September 6, 2024

 

2024 Fall Term

• Final examination period ends   Wednesday, November 27, 2024

• Final date all grades are due*   Noon on Wednesday, December 4, 2024

• Fall term and median grades on transcripts   Tuesday, December 10, 2024

 

2025 Winter Term

• Final examination period ends   Friday, March 14, 2025

• Final date all grades are due*   Noon on Tuesday, March 18, 2025

• Winter term and median grades on transcripts   Monday, March 24, 2025

 

2025 Spring Term

• Final examination period ends   Tuesday, June 10, 2025

• Final date all grades are due - GRADUATES*   10am on Thursday, June 12, 2025

• Final date all grades are due - NON-GRADUATES**   Noon on Monday, June 16, 2025

• Spring term and median grades on transcripts   Friday, June 20, 2025

 

* The Registrar’s Office sends the Faculty-legislated grades-due schedule to Faculty members who teach each term and their Department/Program Administrators.

** Grades entered before noon on Thursday, June 12 will be viewable by students once they are "rolled" at @ noon. We will continue to roll grades on June 12 until we receive all graduates’ grades, then roll again on Monday, June 16 at noon. Non-graduates will be able to see any grades that have been submitted by June 12, and the rest beginning June 16.
