2025 Summer Term

• Final examination period ends   Tuesday, September 2, 2025

• Final date all grades are due*   Noon on Monday, September 8, 2025

• Summer term and median grades on transcripts   Thursday, September 11, 2025

 

2025 Fall Term

• Final examination period ends   Wednesday, November 26, 2025

• Final date all grades are due*   Noon on Wednesday, December 3, 2025

• Fall term and median grades on transcripts   Tuesday, December 9, 2025

 

2026 Winter Term

• Final examination period ends   Tuesday, March 17, 2026

• Final date all grades are due*   Noon on Monday, March 23, 2026

• Winter term and median grades on transcripts   Friday, March 27, 2026

 

2026 Spring Term

• Final examination period ends   Tuesday, June 9, 2026

• Final date all grades are due - GRADUATES*   10am on Thursday, June 11, 2026

• Final date all grades are due - NON-GRADUATES**   Noon on Monday, June 15, 2026

• Spring term and median grades on transcripts   Friday, June 19, 2026

 

* The Registrar’s Office sends the Faculty-legislated grades-due schedule to Faculty members who teach each term and their Department/Program Administrators.

** Grades entered before noon on Thursday, June 11 will be viewable by students once they are "rolled" at @ noon. We will continue to roll grades on June 11 until we receive all graduates’ grades, then roll again on Monday, June 15 at noon. Non-graduates will be able to see any grades that have been submitted by June 11, and the rest beginning June 15.
