Collis Cafe Winter Hours
Located in the Collis Center, Collis Café is a hub of activity for the Dartmouth community. Collis is popular among students and staff because of its central location and seasonal menu.
Collis Café’s homemade soups and chowders, such as traditional New England Clam Chowder are perfect for winter days at Dartmouth. Mary Ann, our expert baker, is known for her warm, (if you are up early) and delicious Scones, Banana-Walnut Bread, Double-Chocolate Chunk Brownies, Seven-layer bars, and Cranberry-orange tea bread. Tazo teas and Starbucks Coffee are some of the beverage choices that accompany the favorites from the Baker’s Shelf.
Stir-fry and Omelets at Collis are made to order with a variety of tasty options and toppings. Customers can mix and match Omelet items to create their ideal meal, while Stir-Fry fans can craft beef, chicken, tofu and vegetarian stir-fries with several specialty sauces from the House of Tsang. In Collis’ sandwich line, you can get your favorite made with one of the café’s many varieties of bread, including daily homemade bread with varieties like Oatmeal and Honey Curry. With six fruits from which to choose in combination with yogurt, honey and juices, customers can also enjoy a wholesome nutrition-packed smoothie from Collis every day! Sushi lovers can also satisfy their craving with made-to-order rolls and sashimi. In addition, the Collis salad bar features an extensive selection of vegetables and toppings to create your perfect combination!
Priya's Picks for Collis:
Now open 7 days a week, students can head to late-night Collis for anything from mozzarella sticks and chicken nuggets to cinnamon rolls and crepes. Late-Night Collis also features daily specials, such as Milkshakes and Pho!
