Summer term on-line check-in June 20-23
Summer term classes begin June 21
First week of schedule adjustment. Permission to add courses is not necessary unless normally required. June 21-27
Fall term course change period June 21-August 22
Special day of classes: 9 period courses meet 8:45 to 9:50; 10 period, 10:00 to 11:05; 11 period, 11:15 to 12:20; 12 period, 12:30 to 1:35; and 2 period, 1:45 to 2:50. June 23
Deadline to complete check-in without a $50 late registration fee - check-in must be completed by 11:59 p.m. June 23
Deadline for prospective summer term graduates in residence to elect or change a major or minor. June 27
Second week of schedule adjustment. All courses require instructor permission to add. June 28-July 5
Final day for delayed check-in (with $50 late fee). Any student not checked-in by the end of this day, but still listed with the enrollment pattern letter R (residence) for the summer term is liable for administrative withdrawal. June 30
Independence Day, College Holiday (no classes held) July 4
Final day for each undergraduate to establish official and final two-, three-, or four-course load. Any registered student not officially enrolled in at least two courses becomes liable for administrative withdrawal. July 5

*Fall term the COI has added two Saturday "special day of classes" to avoid the term start on a major religious holiday, Rosh Hashanah. (The College opened with this schedule one time before, in 2015, also to avoid a term start on a major religious holiday.) Whether a Professor uses those days is up to the Professor since there are X-hours which can be used to supplement regularly scheduled class hours.
