1 3-oz pkg | strawberry gelatin |
2 c | water |
1½ pkg | unflavored gelatin |
½ c | cold water |
1 c | light cream |
1 c | sugar |
2 c | sour cream |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1 3-oz pkg | raspberry gelatin |
1 c | boiling water |
1 small can | blueberries |
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 2 cups water. Chill in a large, glass bowl until set.
- Soak unflavored gelatin in cold water.
- Heat light cream and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and add unflavored gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
- When cool, add sour cream and vanilla. Let stand several minutes.
- Pour over layer of strawberry gelatin.
- Return to refrigerator until second layer sets.
- Dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Pour over second layer.
- Chill until firm. Serve.
