1.Place nuts in 4 Qt microwave safe dish.
2.Microwave on high until nuts are toasted (4-7 minutes depending on your microwave)
3.Stir twice during this process to prevent from over-browning.
4.Meanwhile, in a small boal combine the sugar and spices and set aside.
6.Stir the butter into the hot walnuts and toss until the butter is melted and the nuts are evenly coated.
7.Add the spice mixture, and toss to coat all the nuts.
8.Turn them out onto waxed paper and let them cool.
9.Store in a tightly covered container.
