Ruth's Cranberry Crunch

Cranberry Crunch, from Goodie's Mother

        • 1 lb can cranberry sauce, jellied
        • 1 cup rolled oats, uncooked
        • 1/2 cup brown sugar
        • 1/2 cup flour
        • 1/3 cup butter or margarine

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2.Mix oats, brown sugar and flour.

3.Cut in butter or margarine until crumbly.

4.Place half of this mixture in an 8 X 8" greased baking dish.

5.Cover with cranberry sauce and top with balance of mixture.

6.Bake 45 minutes.

7.Serve hot in squares topped with scoops of vanilla ice cream.

Serves 6-8
