Rosie's Brownies

Ingredients:

    • 3/4 c. sugar
    • 1/3 c. margarine or butter
    • 2 tbsp water
    • 3/4 c. flour
    • 1/4 tsp. soda
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    • Grease a 9 x 13 pan

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325

Bring just to a boil sugar, margarine or butter and water

Remove from heat

Add 1 cup chocolate chips, let cool

Beat in eggs, 1 at a time

Mix in flour, soda and salt

Add remaining chocolate chips and vanilla

Pour batter into pan

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
