Chocolate Cornfalke Cookies

Chocolate Cornflake Cookies
Submitted by: Karen Welch, Baker-Berry, Acquisitions My Mom always made these at Christmas time as a treat for our family.

Ingredients:

      • (3) 8 oz. Chocolate Bars (Any favorite kind)
      • (1) 12 oz. box of Corn Flakes

Directions:

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler

Then pour in the corn flakes and stir until they are coated completely (it takes more cornflakes than you think)

Drop by the spoonful onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and place in the refrigerator until hardened about an hour

Yields about two dozen cookies.
