- 1 lb. sweet potatoes, undrained
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. nutmegli>
- 1/2 tsp. saltli>
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2.Mash potatoes and mix in pineapple, butter, brown sugar, nutmeg and salt.
3.For the topping, stir together by hand all ingredients.
4.Pour casserole mixture into an 8-by-10 inch pan.
5.Spread topping over.
6.Bake uncovered 30 minutes until crisp brown.
