Guidelines

Effectively immediately, and until further notice, please apply the following procedure when editing records with completed cataloging in Innopac.

• Do not add, remove, or adjust any of the "controlled" MARC fields in abibliographic record. The list of fields is appended below.
• If any of these fields require editing, make a printout of the Innopacrecord, mark the fields to be added, removed or edited, and save the printout.
• When the LTI reload has been completed (this will be announced librarywide),make edits in Innopac from the saved printouts. Remember to changethe 948 to "LTI send".
