WebPac Implementation Team : Staff Orientation Subgroup

Charge

1. Develop an Dartmouth College Library Catalog orientation session for all library employees. The goal is to give everyone an opportunity to see the new system, learn to use it, and ask questions. The session will focus on basic public catalog functions.
2. Consult with other library committees while designing and scheduling training (STDC, USC)
3. Schedule times and places for the session. Determine an end date for completion of the sessions.
4. Recruit additional trainers from outside the WebPac Team.
5. Design an informal survey of staff after all the sessions have been held to find out if additional staff sessions are needed and what sort of sessions those might be.
6. Complete work by March 15.
