Random Acts of Kindness Week

It's Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) Week! It is important to be kind to your colleagues on a daily basis, but let's spread some extra kindness during RAK Week! Here are some ways to spread kindness in your workspace:

- Visit one of the 70 Gratitude Baskets around campus and write a note of appreciation to a colleague
- Ask a colleague to join you for lunch or a walk
- Practice patience
- Don't forget to be extra kind to yourself!
