Susie Huang is Executive Chairman of Global Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, based in New York. She is a member of Morgan Stanley’s Management Committee and previously served as Global Head of Investment Banking and as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for the Americas.
Over the course of her 30+ year career at Morgan Stanley, Susie has advised some of the Firm’s largest clients on mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, divestitures and recapitalizations. She began her career at Morgan Stanley as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions department and returned to the department as an Associate upon completing her JD/MBA. She worked in the Firm’s Hong Kong office from 1993-1994 and was named Managing Director in 1999.
Susie serves on the Board of Directors of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and its Executive Committee, and on the Board of Trustees at Dartmouth College. She is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Susie earned an AB in History from Dartmouth College and a JD/MBA from Columbia University.
