Important Final Exam Policy Reminders

• Students:
  • Students with two exams scheduled at the same time or three exams in a single day may work with their instructors to take one of the exams at another mutually convenient time during the final examination period.
  • Students are expected to be available for examinations through the last day of the examination period.
  • Students may not take any final exams earlier than the start of the final exam period.
• Instructors:
  • Instructors may not change the date or time of their final examinations from that which is published below, except to move examinations to the “unscheduled final exam” date. If you have concerns about your final examination time, contact the Registrar’s Office.
  • Take-home exams, papers, or assignments due after the last day of class cannot be due earlier than the end of the second day of the examination period or at the time of the regularly scheduled examination period.

• The final day of the examination period is unscheduled and available for faculty to schedule any finals.
