I’m Megan Zhou, a ’21 from Acton, Massachusetts planning on majoring in Biology Modified with Mathematics on the pre-health track. On campus, as a part of the Women in Science Program, I’m working at the LSC in the department of biological sciences and researching the role of the GATA family transcription factors in Arabidopsis’ chloroplast development. I also volunteer with the Outdoor Leadership Experience where I organize activities with co-leaders for underprivileged middle schoolers from nearby communities. When I’m not working, I love climbing at the gym, obsessing over Black Mirror, and spending time with my friends.
