Jessica Nylund, Associate General Counsel

Jessica Nylund joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2016. Jessica’s practice is dedicated to Dartmouth’s Campus Services Division.  She provides advice on a variety of areas, including business transactions, real estate transactions, land use, construction, environmental matters, and lending. Jessica also provides counsel on regulatory and compliance concerns and supervises litigation in these substantive practice areas. Prior to coming to Dartmouth, Jessica was a Director at McLane Middleton, P.A. in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Jessica received her B.A. in Biology and minor in Government from Dartmouth College and her J.D. from George Washington School of Law.
