Employee Resource Networks

Dartmouth's Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) support the College's efforts in retaining, recruiting, and advancing the under-represented members within the Dartmouth community. ERNs elevate voices, and provide resources, mentorship, social networking, and career development for all members.

Employee Resource Networks are affinity groups comprised of faculty, staff, families and Upper Valley community members. The groups established on campus are the Black Caucus, Young Professionals at Dartmouth, LGBTQIA+ Employee Network, Asian and Pacific Islander Caucus (APIC), Dartmouth Veterans Network, and Empowering Women of Color (EWOC).

IDE Diversity Reading Group

The Diversity Reading Group is designed to: bring together people from all areas of the College; expand participants' awareness and appreciation of diversity issues; promote open and extended discussion of diversity issues; and help build community at Dartmouth. See our current reading list with dates & RSVP info here

Inclusive Pathways for Advancement in the Academy (IPAA)

IPAA is a faculty development, onboarding, and retention initiative that invites Dartmouth’s newest scholars into a space that allows them to deepen their sense of community as they explore and enrich their identities as teachers and scholars. This six-week virtual workshop series runs during winter term and is open to newly hired faculty members.
