Financial Responsibilities

All members other than Dartmouth students pay membership dues of $180 annually. Dues may be waived by the conductor in cases of financial hardship.

Members purchase or rent Handel Society's official concert attire. The purchase price of women's concert dresses is about $75; rental is $25 annually. Men who do not own tuxedos can rent them from Handel Society for approx. $40 annually; from time to time tuxedos can be purchased through the Handel Society for approx. $120.

Members also help sell concert tickets. A full house is crucial to meeting concert expenses.
