My name is Ashley Ricard. I have worked in childcare for about 15 years and have a level 3A credential on the Northern Lights Career Ladder in Vermont. I have a passion for helping children grow and learn and I enjoy being part of their journey.
I have worked in multiple centers in the Upper Valley Area with The Family Place being the most recent prior to coming on board at Dartmouth.
I am a mom to five children with ages ranging from 18 to 5. We have a busy (and loud) home located in White River Junction. Outside of work, my hobbies include, being with my children, painting, photography, singing, attending a local church, cooking and being outside, especially at the beach! I am so excited to get to know each of you and your children! One teaching method that is important to me is building and establishing relationships between myself and the caregivers of the children I care for because quality communication with families is what helps children thrive and I try my best to offer an approach that facilitates this.
