REGISTER TO MARCH IN CEREMONY PROCESSIONS

Faculty members, research associates, and administrative officers are invited to march in the academic procession.  Due to social distancing guidelines we will have very limited seating available on the faculty risers this year (approximately 30 seats).  If you plan on marching, please register even if you do not need regalia.  If you have any questions please contact Catherine Darragh at catherine.louise.darragh@dartmouth.edu

SURVEILLANCE TESTING AND DAILY TEMPERATURE & SELF-ASSESSMENT

All Dartmouth employees who sign up to march will be required to participate in surveillance testing.

Surveillance testing for all employees aligns with the frequency with which the employee reports to work on-site. Please refer to Human Resources’ Employee COVID-19 Resources for details.

The Daily Temperature & Self-Assessment (TSA) is a short form of questions that everyone accessing campus is required to fill out the morning of any ceremony.

Rental Regalia

Rental regalia orders may be placed at the same time you register to march. All payments require a Dartmouth Chartstring.  Please have a department chartstring ready to enter when you order.  Orders received after May 17th will be subject to a $20 late fee. If you encounter any problems with the registration process or regalia ordering website, please contact Catherine Darragh at catherine.louise.darragh@dartmouth.edu

NOTE: Regalia orders will be shipped directly to the address you provide when placing the order. You can have it shipped directly to your home or office.

You will be able to use the same box and supplied return label to return the rental regalia to Oak Hall following the ceremony.
