Ceremony Ticket and Guest Information

Students eligible to march in an investiture, graduate class day ceremony, or commencement ceremony can go here to secure two guest tickets.

Students will log in with their NetID and password to access the Athletic Ticket Office system. Ceremony tickets are available for each eligible student’s specified guests (submit guest names when securing tickets), and are not transferrable. The student will receive the guest tickets via email confirmation. It is the student’s responsibility to forward the electronic tickets to their guests.

The tickets can be printed or added to an Apple Wallet to be scanned at the gates upon entering Memorial Field for the specified ceremony listed on the ticket. The guest tickets are delivered as an attachment, the guest should download the tickets to their mobile device or print before they arrive for the best experience. Tickets can also be added to Apple Wallet where one would store and access boarding passes, movie tickets, etc. To add tickets to Apple Wallet, open the email on a iPhone or iPod touch.

  • Tuck graduates can access the ticket site after May 17 at 8 AM EDT
  • Undergraduates can access the ticket site after May 24 at 8 AM EDT
  • More information coming soon regarding Thayer and TDI access.

  • Memorial Field Seating Sections with Stage Diagram available for review.

Invited guest expectations:

  • Wearing of a well-fitted mask is MANDATORY at all times, regardless of vaccination status, on Dartmouth College property, in the Town of Hanover, and in the City of Lebanon.
  • Gates to Memorial Field Stadium will open to invited guests one (1) hour prior to ceremony start time.
  • Invited guests will be screened for COVID symptoms prior to entering Memorial Field Stadium.
  • There will be no eating in the stadium. We strongly recommend bringing a water bottle with you as access to water is limited.

Invited guest travel requirement to attend commencement activities:

  • It is strongly recommended that all guests are fully vaccinated* before attending commencement events.
  • Guests who are not fully vaccinated are required to follow the commencement access policy (see details below).

  • If traveling from within New England (i.e., New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island), upon arrival, individuals may access Memorial Field for the ceremony specified on their ticket.
  • If traveling from outside of New England upon arrival, individuals must wait 10 days to access Memorial Field for the ceremony specified on their ticket. Individuals may shorten their local 10-day waiting period by taking a PCR-based (molecular) COVID-19 test five days after arriving in the area. If their test result is negative and they continue to be symptom free, they may access Memorial field for the ceremony specified on their ticket once seven days have passed since they arrived.
  • Individuals may complete their waiting period at their departure location and arrive in the Hanover area using private transportation, minimizing stops.

*Individuals are fully vaccinated 14 days after their second dose in a 2-dose series or 14 days after one dose in a single-dose series of a COVID-19 vaccine that has received full approval or emergency use authorization by the FDA or full approval or emergency use listing by the World Health Organization.
