2020 Ceremony Details
Ceremony Arrival Instructions
Members of the undergraduate Class of 2020, graduate and professional school graduates: on Saturday morning assemble at 9:15 a.m. in the Bema, and be ready to form a single line by 9:45 a.m. Class members will march in alphabetical order by last name. Procession will begin at 10:00 a.m.
Assembly and Order of March
Philip J. Hanlon ’77 will lead the procession, followed by members of the Faculty of Arts & Sciences and of the graduate and professional schools who wish to march. Class of 2020 graduates will proceed to seats in the front section, and graduate school students will proceed to their designated seats. Family members and guests will be seated in the lawn area.

Majestic Brass Quintet
So that all can see the procession, the audience is requested to remain seated.
The presence of a brass ensemble at commencement each year is made possible by the Class of 1879 Trumpeters’ Fund. The fund was established in 1929, at the time of the 1879 50th reunion.
