Research Interests:

·       Molecular mechanism of post-angioplasty/stenting restenosis at the genetic level in rats or transgenic/knock-out mice; 

·       In vivo monitoring restenosis and remodeling in small animal using an advanced image technique (MR microscopy);

·       Image reconstruction for computed tomography (micro-CT and CT) about arteriogenesis in infarct heart and ischemic hindlimb;

·       CT perfusion study;

·       Link between vascular structure and physiological function;

·       Development of micro-interventional procedures for angiogenesis and molecular imaging research;

·       Liver neoplasm chemotherapy and embolization in small animal tumor model; 

·       Transjugular intrahepatical portosystemic shunt (TIPS) for portal hypertension; 

·       Photodynamic therapy for cardiovascular disease;

·       Drug local delivery;

·       New contrast agent.
