EndNote demo
EndNote is a database program specifically designed for the manipulation of bibliographic references. Records can be typed in or imported from various bibliographic resources (MEDLINE, Library of Congress, etc.). Using EndNote, you can insert citations into word processor documents and build a bibliography of cited works which can be formatted in particular editorial styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, specific journals, etc.). In this demonstration we will use EndNote to generate "electronic" (Web-based) documents, with links in the text to the references down below, and links from the references back "up" in the paper, and maybe "out" to other links, resources, and goodies. (This session will be taught by Tom Mead from Dana Library)

Introduction to CourseInfo
CourseInfo is a system for creating course Web sites. It allows faculty to post announcements, course documents, assignments, and course information quickly and easily by cutting and pasting from other applications. Access to course sites can be limited to enrolled students, and student use can be tracked if desired. This demonstration will introduce participants to CourseInfo basics.
