Experience:
A veteran of the entertainment industry, Ms. Nottage began by working in
both MOWs and feature films, later serving as Senior Vice President for Spike
Lee's production company, 40 Acres and a Mule Filmworks. Ms. Nottage went on to
produce Girl 6, and served as the senior production executive on
Clockers, Crooklyn, New Jersey Drive, Drop Squad, and Tales From
the Hood. Outside of her work with Mr. Lee, Ms. Nottage was creatively
involved with films such as Get on the Bus, Wild, Wild West, U.S. Marshals,
Kali's Vibe, Amy's O, I Like it Like That, and There Goes the
Neighborhood. After her successful run with 40 Acres and a Mule Filmworks,
Ms. Nottage joined MCA Records, a division of the Universal Music Group, where
she executive produced and directed music videos for a diverse roster of
recording artists including B.B. King, Mary J. Blige, Sublime, Live and
Semisonic.
