Scholarly Communication in Europe:
Trends in Libraries, Publishing,and Copyright
While scholarly communication presents different challenges in Europe
than
in North America, due to variations in copyright laws and information
cultures, we all share a global marketplace. A panel of three experts
will
discuss digital copyright, national and international cooperation, and
access versus permanent ownership in Western Europe.
