Vox of Dartmouth, a faculty and staff publication, highlights news, events, ideas, and people at Dartmouth College. It is published monthly by Dartmouth's Office of Public Affairs, Hanover, NH. 03755. It is distributed free of charge to faculty and staff. Subscriptions rate: $20 per year. Periodical postage paid at Hanover, NH. and additional mailing offices. Contact our editorial offices to suggest a story or request permission to reprint material.

Calendar of Events

The Vox of Dartmouth monthly calendar is one of the most comprehensive Dartmouth events listings and is a popular feature that readers turn to for information about what is happening on campus. It is distributed to all faculty and regular staff, off-campus subscribers, and to locations on campus and downtown Hanover. 

Calendar policy

Vox prints Dartmouth-sponsored events that are either open to the public or to significant portions of the campus community. Vox reserves the right to omit unsuitable or incomplete listings.

Submitting events

To submit your event for the Vox calendar, post it to the Dartmouth Web Calendar. All events posted by deadline are downloaded for publication in Vox. Click here for publication dates and deadlines.

To post an event, go to the Dartmouth Web Calendar, click on “Submit an Event,” and follow the posting instructions. A Dartmouth log-in is required. Events are reviewed by the calendar ombudsman before publication.

To request event sponsor status, which enables you to post and edit events directly, contact calendar.ombudsman@dartmouth.edu.

• Contact phone number and/or email
• Type of event
• Title of event
• Name and title of the presenter(s). Include full job titles for Dartmouth employees and home institutions for visiting presenters.
• If the event is NOT open to the public, specify who may attend
• If registration is required, specify how to register
