Now in its second year, the Professional Education and Advance Knowledge (PEAK) program is a week-long professional development series open to all administrative professionals and support staff at Dartmouth. “Administrative professionals and support staff fill critical roles on campus,” says Jennifer Cocklin of Human Resources, co-chair of the planning committee. “The program offers professional and personal development workshops that focus on efficiency, workplace effectiveness, and opportunities for continuous growth.” PEAK is sponsored by Human Resources’ department of Workforce Planning and Organizational Effectiveness.
