"Chalk Talk" Faculty Lectures

Dartmouth is the northernmost Ivy League school, so it’s no surprise that the newest research on the control and manipulation of ice is happening in Hanover. Professor of Engineering Victor Petrenko, one of the world’s leading ice scientists, will kick off the fall “Chalk Talk” lectures with “Get a Grip: New Technologies for Ice Safety, Recreation, and Efficiency.” The Office of Alumni Relations’ “Chalk Talk” series presents free, public talks on newsworthy issues by Dartmouth faculty on Saturday mornings prior to Big Green home football games.
