A new website, "Arts at Dartmouth," is a multimedia gateway to the arts on campus. The site features academic departments and campus arts centers; many events and activities are open to the public.
Tuck Video on the Credit Crisis

Four Tuck School faculty members held a panel session to discuss the nation's current economic turmoil. "I'm still looking for the single explanation for this entire crisis. ... I don't think we're going to find one. This is more of a perfect storm ... of events," said Robert G. Hansen, the Norman W. Martin 1925 Professor of Business Administration.

Denise Anthony

Denise Anthony is the new research director of the Institute for Security, Technology, and Society (ISTS), formerly the Institute for Security Technology Studies. ISTS will continue its focus on cyber security and trust, but will also consider the role of information technology in society.

College Receives Major Scholarship Gift

Jan and Trevor Rees-Jones '73 of Dallas have committed $10 million for need-based scholarships, with first preference given to students with demonstrated need from Texas to attend the College. Trevor and Jan have given generously to the Dartmouth College Fund, established the Trevor D. Rees-Jones Scholarship Fund, and named a conference room in Kemeny Hall.

Convocation 2008

President James Wright, Student Assembly President Molly Bode '09, and Grassroot Soccer founder Thomas Clark '92, DMS '01, spoke at Dartmouth's 239th Convocation exercises Sept. 23.
