"Tackling the World's Troubles: Global Health and the Challenge for Dartmouth"

The students of Tuck School of Business's Healthcare Club host Dartmouth President-elect Dr. Jim Yong Kim, who takes office July 1, for a public lecture. A former senior official at the World Health Organization and co-founder of the nonprofit organization Partners In Health, Dr. Kim is internationally acknowledged for his leadership in the fight against HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and other diseases. The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session. The event is co-sponsored by the Student Assembly.

  • Tuesday, May 26, from noon to 1:30 p.m.
  • Tuck School, Cook Auditorium (overflow seating in the Stoneman/Ankeny/Barclay Classrooms). The discussion will also be broadcast on DarTV, channel 75.
