Stephen J. Morse of the University of Pennsylvania Law School will address the question of whether recent advances in neuroscience undermine common views of responsibility.
Professor of Philosophy Walter Sinnott-Armstrong says, "Stephen Morse is an internationally known and respected leader in criminal law and its relations to psychology and neuroscience. His talk is an exciting event for the entire community."
