Top notch: "The Boss Center is one of the best college tennis facilities in the country," says Weinmann, an avid recreational tennis player. "Today, all six courts are full. It's snowing outside, and everyone here is having a great time. It takes the sting out of winter."
Resource: "It's affordable and convenient for employees. People with busy lives can squeeze tennis in, that's really the beauty of it," he notes. "We all walk out of here with a strong sense of appreciation that this facility is here and we're able to use it."
Off campus: Weinmann is also assistant director of the nonprofit Second Wind Foundation. Based in White River Junction, Vt., the foundation provides addiction recovery services. "Second Wind is on the leading edge of a national trend in treating addiction as a chronic condition," he says. "It provides effective, affordable, and sustainable health-care support."
