A Journey with Peter Sellars

Peter Sellars

Director Mark Kidel spent two years filming Sellars in rehearsal, teaching, and talking about his life and work, with particular focus on his artistic leadership of the New Crowned Hope Festival in Vienna, Austria (2006). This film launches the Loew series "Peter Sellars: New Crowned Hope," which was curated by Sellars and includes films commissioned for the festival. Sellars, a director of theater, opera, and film, will be in residence at Dartmouth from Feb. 6 to Feb. 13 as a Montgomery Fellow.
