Niegel Smith ’02 directs three performances from Suzan-Lori Parks’s 365 Days/365 Plays cycle.
365 Days/365 Plays is the culmination of Parks’s idea to write a play
each day for a year. The performances are part of Voices, a new program
developed by the Department of Theater
to spotlight issues of relevance to Dartmouth’s minority communities. Parks is
a playwright, screenwriter, and novelist whose plays include
Topdog/Underdog, for which she was awarded the 2002 Pulitzer Prize for
Drama.
Thursday, Oct.25, and Friday, Oct. 26, at 8 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, at 5
p.m.
