Vote to Strengthen College Governance
The Dartmouth College Board of Trustees has adopted a series of measures to
strengthen the governance of the College. The Board's actions, which were taken
at its annual September retreat, follow a comprehensive Governance Committee
review of the composition and size of the Board as well as the method of
selecting Trustees.
