In a letter to the community on April 28, President James Wright
urged members of the College’s administrative staff to participate in the 2008
Dartmouth College Staff Survey. All employees received an e-mail from the
company administering the survey, Resource Systems Group, on April 30. As with
last year’s survey, responses are confidential and will not be shared in any
way that would allow employees to be identified.
“The hard work and professionalism of our employees significantly
contributes to our strength as an institution,” said President Wright in his
message. “As we seek to further enhance the administrative infrastructure and
continue improving communication across the College, we would like to conduct
an updated staff survey. This will provide us with an opportunity to assess the
current environment as well as to hear from employees who were not at Dartmouth
during the previous years.”
The Human Resources and Ombuds offices are offering
assistance to employees who have limited access to computers, or to anyone who
would like help. Call 646-3411 for more information or to schedule a
session.
This year’s survey offers employees a chance to win a $100 certificate good
for Dartmouth Dining Services, Dartmouth athletic events, or
events at the Hop. Winners will be
selected at random.
