In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Montgomery Fellows program the Kenneth and Harle Montgomery Endowment presents an informal talk with artist Everett Raymond Kinstler, moderated by Professor of Studio Art Louise Hamlin. A reception will follow. One of the nation’s foremost portrait artists, Kinstler’s subjects include prominent figures in the arts, business, higher education, and government—including five U.S. presidents. He has painted significant Dartmouth figures including Kenneth F. Montgomery ’25 and his wife, Harle; Theodor S. Geisel ’25 (Dr. Seuss); John Kemeny, 13th president of the College; and Lucretia Martin, special assistant to four presidents.
