"American Foreign Policy After the Bush Doctrine"

Francis Fukuyama, the Bernard L. Schwartz Professor of International Political Economy and director of the International Development Program at Johns Hopkins University, will deliver a Dickey Center Great Issues Lecture. Fukuyama is the author of The End of History and the Last Man and America at the Crossroads: Democracy, Power, and the Neoconservative Legacy. He is a former member of the Policy Planning Staff at the U.S. Department of State, and served as a member of the President's Council on Bioethics from 2001 through 2005.
