Bill McKibben is an environmentalist and author who writes about global warming, alternative energy, and the risks associated with human genetic engineering. He is also scholar-in- residence at Middlebury College. The lecture is part of a series co-sponsored by the Environmental Studies Program and the Vermont chapter of the Sierra Club.
