Dartmouth is a cosponsor of the third annual Race Relations on New England
Campuses conference titled, "Focus on the Future: Strategies, Actions, and
Alliances." The conference is sponsored by Northeastern University and
will be held November 15 through 17 at Northeastern in Boston, Mass.
"We are thrilled to be working with partner campuses from the region.
The conference promises to enhance all of our efforts to create fully inclusive
institutions," says Giavanna Munafo, associate director of training and
educational programs for The Office of
Institutional Diversity & Equity and Dartmouth's representative on the
conference planning committee.
The program will include a wide range of lectures and sessions designed to
challenge and energize participants regarding best practices for diversity and
